Add cell temperature and effective irradiance to results #193
Description
Would be nice to have a a new result type akin to "modeled weather" which contains the ModelChain results for effective irradiance and cell temperature. Will probably need to create different types for results produced from predicted (reference) or expected (modeled) data.
