Reports: download timeseries not returning p0 for probabilistic forecasts

In a Report evaluating Probabilistic Forecasts (the full CDF), the timeseries plot correctly shows all Probabilistic Forecast Constant Values that are part of a Probabilistic Forecast. However, when you click "Download timeseries", the resulting CSV file does not contain the p0 forecast. I'm not sure if this is specific to it being a p0 or if it's simply the "smallest" Probabilistic Forecast Constant Value being excluded.

What I tried:

1. open a Report evaluating a Probabilistic Forecast (11 percentiles: p0, p10, ..., p100) using CRPS
2. expand the "Download timeseries" section
3. select a Probabilistic Forecast and click "Download 1 CSVs"

What I expected to happen:

• a CSV file will download, with one column for each of the 11 percentiles

What actually happened:

• a CSV file downloaded, but only had columns for 10 of the 11 percentiles: p10, p20, ..., p100
