uncheck flags after creating a filter

I created a filter for nighttime and the dashboard was in the state shown below. Then I wanted to create a filter for user flagged. But I had to uncheck the nighttime box before I could do that. I think the interface and concepts would be more clear if the check boxes were cleared after creating a filter. On the whole I think this will save user clicks.
