Loading

Determine what newer version of Django we can get working locally
Then try deploying it to Heroku.
Test that the homepage and signup are still working

The attached requirements file is where we are with smallslive django app.
Key packages are now on -

django 2.2.28
django-oscar 2.0
djstripe 1.10
