cannot compile version 3.0.5 from source code

I´m trying to build version 3.0.5 downloading the source code file located in https://github.com/Skulltrail192/One-Core-Api-Source/archive/refs/tags/3.0.5.zip
Following the description of how to compile (I use VS2010 and ROSBE 2.1.6) the configuration is successfully built with the final message "Configure script complete! You can now use msbuild or open REACTOS.sln.", if I run msbuid from the command line the compilation starts, some programs are build successfully, but there are many programs that are not.
It seems there are missing the dependencies, what are the dependencies and where to download such dependencies?
