Feat: Linker, Assembler from scratch

Since it’s common to rely on ld and as as the default linker and assembler, I’m considering also shipping Lamina with its own built-in options.

For the linker, tools like ld or mold are generally more appropriate, but providing alternatives directly in Lamina would be useful for frontend developers.
It would also open the door to implementing linker and assembler functions tailored specifically for Lamina’s design.

It might be useful to allow the targets to decide as e.g. WASM's WAT translates directly to bytecode and so it's probably worth not needing wat2wasm installed.

Yes definitely! I’ll be working for the assembler across the targets and while doing the #1 also consider making the targets to decide what to use.

Haha, yes, we are aware of the alternative linkers like Mold, Wild, as you said, and we do have a plan to support their use.
This Linker / Assembler from scratch is just trying to provide one more option to future users

or maybe not, it's just a neat plan anyway
