Timed out

Bug description

It times out connecting users over a long distance when they first connect to get fingerprinted.

Steps to reproduce

1. Host fabric server with mods and automodpack
2. try to connect to server over long range.
3. try to input fingerprint

Expected behavior

No timeout, verifies user and allows them to connect.

Actual behavior

Times out

I only have part of them because it's ran in a container and I accidentally exited out.
