On certain viewport widths, it is not clear that the menu contains more items. There should be "something" that indicates that the menu is scrollable.

There are - notice the darker bar lower from the menu strip. Or it should be more visiblle?

I don't see a scrollbar (even when scrolling). Android with Chrome, version 74.0.3729.157.
