Contributor Covenant Code of Conduct

The purpose of this Code of Conduct is to foster a respectful, professional, and collaborative environment for all contributors and users of Blok CN. We are committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive community where everyone can contribute and use our software safely and positively.

Scope

This Code of Conduct applies to all interactions within the Blok CN community including but not limited to the code repository, issue tracker, mailing lists, forums, social media, conferences, and any related public or private events.

Our Standards

Expected Behavior

  • Treat everyone with respect, kindness, and empathy.
  • Be inclusive and welcome diverse perspectives and experiences.
  • Communicate clearly, constructively, and professionally.
  • Assume good intentions and foster a collaborative mindset.
  • Provide helpful, thoughtful feedback while being open to receiving it.
  • Respect privacy and confidentiality.

Unacceptable Behavior

  • Harassment, intimidation, or discriminatory behavior based on race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, age, religion, nationality, or any other personal characteristic.
  • Use of hate speech, slurs, or derogatory language.
  • Threats, stalking, or any form of physical or verbal abuse.
  • Deliberate disruption of community discussions or activities.
  • Sharing private or confidential information without consent.
  • Any other behavior that creates an unsafe or hostile environment for others.

Reporting

If you experience or witness any behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, please report it promptly. All reports will be treated confidentially to the extent possible and without retaliation.

Enforcement

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in actions including but not limited to warnings, temporary or permanent bans from the community, removal of contributions, or legal action in severe cases. Enforcement decisions are made by the project maintainers or designated committee with fairness and transparency.
