Add Manage functionality to connector

I was comparing functionality between the go client and the java one, it seems the java version misses `Manage` functionality: https://github.com/SiriDB/go-siridb-connector/blob/master/connection.go#L59

It would be pretty useful for us, let me know if there is any way we can help :-)
