Allow to specify language mappings

Is the feature request related to a problem

I'm including snippets from *.props and *.targets files. The actual language of those is xml, and furthermore, the blog engine I'm using throws the unknown languages props and targets. Personally, I'd be okay to have that mapping just on the library level and not through the CLI tool / MSBuild task.

Describe the solution

I haven't researched much, but I'd like to pass a language dictionary (original -> replacement) through the constructor.

Describe alternatives considered

Reiterating modified files and replacing defective language specs.

do you need this as config? seems to me we could hard code *.props and *.targets to be xml?
