[Bug] Date and Time Formatting

I have selected in my Settings > Display; the AMerican Date and Time format.

But when I go to see something with a date (like in Sonarr page) it displays it in the European style.

Several pages render dates with a hardcoded European format instead of following your Display date setting. I'll go through them and switch to the preference. Thanks for catching it!
