[Feature] Standalone Gluetun Support

What problem does this solve?

As far as functionality goes it seems that Gluetun support only works when using qBittorent. Standalone Support would make it possible to control Gluetun without qBittorent Support e.g. when someone is using it with Usenet or other Torrent clients

Describe the solution you'd like

Have Gluetun work in Prismarr without enabling qBittorent/specific Apps, just make it standalone please

Scope check

• I have read the README and confirmed this fits Prismarr's scope
  (dashboard unifying existing services, not replacing them).
• I am willing to contribute a PR for this feature. (optional, not required)

Gluetun is currently tied to the qBittorrent page, so making it a standalone service makes sense, especially for Usenet or other download clients. It's on the list, no fixed date yet.
