How use the liquid object quantity_rule

Hi,
I'm wonder how i can modify the quantity_rule object per variant to use the new feature added in the last release of Dawn
It's here in the docs to acces it from liquid https://shopify.dev/docs/api/liquid/objects#quantity_rule, but not written how the merchant can modify them per variant.
