My psych engine lags every time i play a song

every time i play a song it just lags like crazy and makes the whole thing unplayable.

I didn't use any modpacks, its just the base, I tried playing weekend 1 and it kept lagging making it unplayable.

When i installed a mod for weekend+ so bf can sing in it it wouldn't work and it would keep saying to report the bug here
