AppInsights support / Plugin for tracking logs, dependencies, exceptions

Plugin for tracking logs, dependencies, exceptions in MS Azure AppInsights so that it would be possible to track request processed from start to end. It would be nice to have also:

• some payload masking features (configurable).
• possibility to track SQL server statements
• performance metrics

This is out of Scope of features we'd consider developing. ServiceStack ASP .NET Core App uses standard logging so you should just be able to configure your App to enable OpenTelemetry with Application Insights for your Application logs to be published in insights.
