Anchor Link "{#what-about-a-product-vision?}" Is Been Showing as a Text

On "What about a Product Vision?" subsection, we see "{#what-about-a-product-vision?}" text. I assume this text is an anchor link.

Proposal
Consider hiding "{#what-about-a-product-vision?}" text by escaping "?" letter.

• "?" character is invalid as an URL. So, I think you can hide the above text by escaping this character.
• I'm not sure which markdown engine you are using.

I think this is a holdover from the Google Docs export. Im trying to move @rjocham and @ViralGoodAgile over to markdown first :)
