Let's break up the expansion pack into simpler documents, all still part of a coherent expansion pack

For the September 2025 update, the expansion pack will likely be split up into simpler documents, all still part of a coherent expansion pack. In August 2025, the document will be split for release in September 2025.

The purpose is to allow the reader to decide which content offer provides the most value.

@rjocham, Jeff, and I agreed in principle to split the document. However, due to the contiguous vacation periods of the co-authors, we haven't yet considered together how. But, at a high level, perhaps:

• An executive summary (new)
• Scrum Expansion on one page
• Scrum Expansion big picture (new)
• Scrum Expansion - being clearer about what the core of it is, and what the cherry on top is
• Multi-Scrum-Team Products
• The Adaptive Enterprise and the Adaptive Executive
• Complexity and Emergent Strategy
• Patterns for coherently getting the most out of AI (new)

What about a where to start guide? Especially for those who have not adopted this way of working or those wishing to adopt this.
