I think this is unnecessarily restrictive:

A Python-bot for destroying AWS resources in non-Europe regions. Especially useful for companies that are bound to European privacy laws.

Suggest:

A Python-bot for destroying stateful AWS resources in specified regions. Useful for companies that are bound to European privacy laws or want to regularly reset sandbox accounts
