Improve UX of boon selection #5

Noticed a few issues.

If I click back to a boon, it should scroll me to the boon I clicked on.
Clicking on it again could deslect it.
Filter boon selection by god, text content, or boon type option, it's a long list of unwieldy boons.

Got started in a86abeb but it's probably mostly an ongoing feature at this point.
