Insist on "coordinates" attribute, where appropriate

A new rule, that data-variables should always reference relevant mesh coordinates via the "coordinates" attribute
-- that is, the ones (if any) for the relevant mesh dimension/location, e.g. face_coordinates or edge_coordinates.
