Feature: don't assume mesh content

[pp-mo]

A "normal" CF file, with no mesh content at all, will still get this warning:
WARN A903 : dataset has Conventions="CF-1.7", which does not contain a UGRID convention statement of the form "UGRID-<major>.<minor>".

Ideally this should not occur, if there is no mesh content present .
