Fix ModelingToolkit v10 compatibility

Replace deprecated @mtkbuild with @mtkcompile to eliminate deprecation warnings.

- Updated all @mtkbuild instances in strange_attractors.jl to use @mtkcompile
- Removed extra blank line in ODEProblemLibrary.jl
- Tests pass without deprecation warnings
