Neighbourhood Analysis Not Running

Dear Sir,

I am trying to run neighbourhood analysis, but it just showed a 'Please wait' box which clashed after a few minutes, without any result showed. I have attached a screenshot here. Could you please help me with this? I am using the default settings of neighbourhood analysis.
