Error in run t-SNE

When I run t-SNE using verion 1.78.3, met the error above, and failed.

Based on the error message, it looks like your dataset size may be too small for the algorithm. Perhaps you can check what quantified points you are trying to run on?

As an alternative, you can also check out our in-browser application rakaia to perform similar interactive spatial analysis: https://github.com/camlab-bioml/rakaia, which supports UMAP projection of quantified spatial elements in images such as IMC.
