gate on plot empty channel

I have run into a similar problem as other users which I am not sure if this has been resolved. I am trying to gate on plot by combining multiple phenograph clusters together. However, when the new gate is made and I plot it using scatter, the plots graphics make a very large cross with x and y values in the 10^38 when I plot on the two tSNE axes. Please advise.

Hello @DenisSch !
I am facing the same issue when I merge multiple samples together, then running a tSNE for example. Only certain clusters seems to be giving me this problem, other merged samples don't have this issue...
