Create multiple gates in histocat

Hi,
I see this question has been asked before but I am not sure if the problem is solved now: I want to select certain cell populations by gating in a scatter plot but it seems I cannot create gates after 2 subgates. Is there a limit as to the subgates? And if so, how do I overcome this problem? Can I manually gate in let's say Flowjo and import the population in Histocat?

There should be no limit on the amount of gates. Do you see similar behaviour with the exemplar data set?
