Description
So, EPUB3 is the future, how do we get there? I'll start to put some stuff in this issue as I contemplate the changes.

Let's begin to look at some of the relevant changes.
- The NCX for navigation has been superseded by the EPUB Navigation Document. The NCX may be provided for backwards compatibility with EPUB2 readers. So we'll have to provide a means of producing the EPUB Navigation Document, in the place of or alongside the NCX.
- Some of the terminology has changed, and the NCX, OCF, OPS Triune is not really applicable. The OCF has seen a handful of changes as well

- Native MathML is a huge boon for scientific publishing. Along with lots of other allowed content, this is exciting
