Investigating allowing manual speed up to 44Hz (Instead of up to 40Hz) #6

Hi There,
I am using this library for a project and came across a limitation. It appears that you cannot manually set a speed above 40hz even though most adapters go up to 44hz (and setting it to 0 allows it to go up to 44hz). I would like to make a pull request to add the functionality to allow end users to go up to 44Hz manually.
Again, thanks for the epic library, it works great.
