Delete unnecessary files

I'm seeing some unnecessary files got committed that have no relation to this project so we should delete them now.  The file structure should be refactored.

/nx-README.md
/design.md -> /docs/design.md
```
Also, update the `.gitignore` accordingly so that they won't get added back again.
