Are these ideas/i_cant_believe_its_not_better.py and ideas/i_cant_believe_its_not_betterrealworld.py manually fabricated or llm generated somehow?

If there is a pipeline from MD => JSON, my guess is JSON => Python is the later steps when the agent hacks some Python script. --load_code in the following, shows that it can be empty, and just let the agent write code from zero https://github.com/SakanaAI/AI-Scientist-v2/blob/main/launch_scientist_bfts.py
