Need a subsystem for LEDs. There should be colors/pattterns for each robot state:

Enabled
Disabled
Holding algae
Holding coral
Climbing
Low voltage (maybe)
Intaking/Outtaking (maybe)
Elevator moving to setpoint (maybe)
Somethings gone terribly wrong (maybe)
