SyncAndCrunch fails to start if current folder is the microscope raw data folder

In the specific example of Rockefeller system if pwd == /mnt/brainsaw then syncandcrunch('brainsaw') will attempt to cd('/mnt/brainsaw/brainsaw') which does not exist.
