Refactor MessageQueue imports and restructure user service

- Updated import paths for job processors in worker.emails.ts and worker.notification.ts to reflect new directory structure.
- Deleted gen-app-config.ts as it is no longer needed.
- Modified gen-import.ts to include new imports and removed obsolete ones.
- Refactored user middleware to utilize BaseUser service for user profile retrieval.
- Adjusted publish.controller.ts and register.controller.ts to use updated import paths for queue jobs.
- Enhanced base.auth.service.ts to leverage BaseUser for user profile checks.
- Updated project controllers to use new queue import paths.
- Added user_profile and user_profile_email methods to BaseUser service for better user data handling.
