Unable to create a conda env both in Linux and windows #2

I cloned the repo and tried to create a conda env using the said instructions but encountered issues in doing so.
I tried adding other channels too but still couldn't get it to work!

I tried to reproduce the issue but it is working at my end.

This repository is under development and I would suggest not to try any code and follow instructions from this repository yet
