Need help regarding Amplification factor #1196
Comments
If you use the actual values for Mxx, Mzz, and Mxz, you should use an amplification factor of 1.0.

Subject: [SPECFEM/specfem2d] Need help regarding Amplification factor (Issue #1196)
Dear all
I am using CMT solution as source in source file
Mxx = 1.3437361320914318 X 10^16 #N-m
Mzz = -4.177076427989025 X 10^16 #N-m
Mxz = 8.771237000918445 X 1o^15 # N-m
I am bit confused how to used Amplification factor ( in what amout).
if i used A = 1.0 d10 get the very large ampitude.

It will be great if someone suggest how to tackle the issue.
Thanks
