Unable to manually process lab messages

Bug Description

When Clicking on "Process" on any lab messages a popup appears stating that an unexpected error has occured.

Reproduction Steps

1.Go to message directory
2.Click on any button "Process" on any lab message
...

Expected Behavior

The lab message processing window opens and the lab message can be processed.

When I process the message, this screen appears, I believe we shouldn't see the XML but the UI
