Do not reduce score for deliberately given info (phone, email) #60

Description

@hexabinaer

Having in mind that so many websites serve a "yellow pages entry" purpose, we should not consider all phone numbers and email addresses as "information leak".

As long as we cannot distinguish between deliberately published information (contact page) and unvoluntarily published personal data, we should not reduce the score. An ordinary website should by all means be able to reach a score of 100.

Thinking along the lines of adding an informative section to the report with findings that site owners might want to consider. (But this probably goes beyond the scope of the InfoLeak Scanner).
