Use read_shp from here: https://github.com/networkx/networkx/blob/7a16ccecdc6bc1d5722b07c769ab996c804c935d/networkx/readwrite/nx_shp.py

Only consideration is whether we really want the Wkb/Wkt/Json attributes associated with the edge as it's redundant with the node identifier coordinates. Related to #60
