[SF] Object page: Upon tab press of different subsections, it always starts from the first

Describe the bug

Tab always is focused on the first clickable item of first subsection , even when you are currently under the second subsection

Reproduction steps

1. Go to object page example
   2.make sure you have a clickable item in all the 3 subsections
2. as in the video example, if i go to goals and click enter and then press tab it focuses on first action ( correct behaviour)
3. now i press shift+ tab and then right arrow to select Personal and then press enter
4. now my personal tab is focused.
5. now i press tab, ideally the custom action cta should be highlighted, but it still highlights the first action cta (incorrect behaviour)
   ...

Expected Behaviour

it should focus on custom action cta if second section is being selected .
