Hi there,

In my use case it is possible to add more than one Webchat to a website, each in its own iframe.
Testing this scenario, I found that one chatbot stops responding after I open the page for the second time.
After clearing the Browser Cookies one of the chatbots is responding, while the other one doesn’t respond still.

This was tested with Chrome browser.

Do you know what causes this issue and how it can be resolved?
