FitBit Smart Watch Not Connecting on School Network

Does the developer provide a setup guide that describes what ports/URLs/IPs it communicates over? I need to know if something on our end needs to be cleared. The website is lacking in contacts for me to reach out to the developers.
I have a student that needs to use this to monitor her blood sugar and all the websites in the filter have been cleared. Device works at home.

What data source are you using?

What phone are you using?

Are you talking about the feature that lives in the Fitbit app the connects the watch to WiFi? Or are you talking about your phone connection to WiFi?
