Clients have no way to recover locked funds if coordinator vanishes #9

Currently the coordinator is necessary to create the payout transaction and publish it. In case the coordinator vanishes or goes down for a longer period there is no way for the clients to get their money out of the escrow locking contract.
A toolkit for clients could be built so they can collaborate and spend the escrow output using out of band communication and required data from the browser cache?
Difficult to realize though as traders usually don't exchange contact information in the chat and getting the required information to assemble a payout transaction (e.g. from browser/app cache) could be very difficult too.
