Expose part of the connect API

I was wondering before I even attempt to code this if it would be allowed from the maintainers if we exposed part of the connect api in the js client? specifically im looking to get code notes (codenotes2)

Thanks for asking before taking this on. The Connect API is deliberately undocumented, barring someone taking a peek through rcheevos and the rc_client wiki 😅

It has been abused by a few bad actors in the past, which is what motivates us to be a bit more guarded around it. You have a great & valid use case for what you'd like to do, but it's not something we can ship to all end-users of the lib at this time.
