Add better handling of sessions

• Add events for when a session is removed
• Try and figure out how to check what sessions a contact may be in and if the session/s are set to contacts/contacts+(this will be used for contacts tab later down the line)
• Occasionally refresh global session object in case signalr missed something and /sessions didn't

This should be working code to get a users status hopefully allowing me to store sessions that are contacts/contacts+/etc for future
