This is just a note to myself that I want to code an all-talk feature into the gamemode; which, checks if sv_alltalk is enabled and broadcasts to everyone, instead of using proximity/teams regardless. That will restore the server's normally ability to use all-talk with the gamemode's overwriting of microphones.
