Save feature toggles in "Share Link"

Description of issue

When setting toggles, they are not saved as part of the share link data.

Expected result

Should be part of the Share link

Actual result

Toggles are not saved in Share link

@CBE-RELEWISE Will you kindly report this via Trello instead? I know you properly created this via Netlify, but you could just have created the trello card.
This is just giving us more work in having to port to trello and maintain the issue as well :/
