The root cause of the problem is that the query workflow for table_io_waits_summary_by_index_usage was changed - a separate query for this table is executed for each database, but table_io_waits_summary_by_index_usage does not have an index on the OBJECT_TYPE field, so a full table scan was performed on each query.
The query is executed a large number of times on servers with a large number of databases
Fixed workflow of queries to table_io_waits_summary_by_index_usage - one query for all databases is executed.
