Comments are too easily separated from the database #6
Description
Eg. using RMG-VE renumbers all the kinetics, breaking the link to the comments file.
The web interface at http://rmg.mit.edu/kinetics/ makes it somewhat easier to read comments alongside kinetics, but doesn't help with editing or storage.
We need a new database system, that can be exported / translated into an RMG-compatible structure.
