Primary Kinetics Library should have Baulch reactions in #5
Description
Baulch evaluated kinetics are careful and reliable (eg. http://link.aip.org/link/?JPCRBU/23/847/1 ) and should be part of the Primary Kinetics Library, at least as an option.
They were evaluated reaction by reaction, not fitted as a whole, which makes them particularly suitable for this purpose.
According to MRH's minutes of the RMG meeting, this is Franklin's job
